My name is Sandra Joblonicky. I developed the KISS Lifestyle Plan...just Keeping It Simple. It is based on an integrated body mind spirit love connection; not an isolated thing like diet, exercise, meditation or pills alone!

Just after receiving my Raw Food Chef & Instructor Certification, I hit my 70s (the NEW 50! by the way). I realized it was more important than ever to practice what I was preaching to others about exercise, detox and eating right. What hit me hardest is I knew I had to take responsibility for myself because all the self-help gurus, books and mass marketers wouldn’t do it for me. I also knew whatever plan I devised it had to be easy, simple and fit into my lifestyle.
A longevity researcher for 20+ years, I had enough information to fill a library. Teachers and experience taught me to no longer be seduced by the latest ‘magic bullet’ offered to the masses through TV, the web, big pharm, and, to ignore the ‘No Pain No Gain’ guilt philosophy because it is a crock. Most important, I became aware that what works for others may not work for me and vice versa... because like the snowflake, no two of us are identical.
Being true to myself, I made personal lifestyle choices based on the things I love and wanted to love...and I developed KISS.
I am offering to help you create your own personalized KISS Plan.
